Free Consultation

Before providing any recommendations or service, we require an initial, completely free, consultation. This will allow all involved parties the information and understanding required to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship. The free consultation will consist of a pre-meeting worksheet to be completed by the perspective client and a scheduled in person or virtual meeting to gain an understanding of business needs.

During our first meeting, you will be asked questions to identify your underlying business needs. Knowing fully what you are looking to accomplish is the only way we can make sure to exceed your expectations. This meeting will also allow any perspective client the time and freedom to ask questions of us. We want to be your partner and that means having open dialogue between parties.

Consultation outcomes

It is our #1 goal to provide you with the service and outcomes you require during our work together. While this is at the heart of all we do, business is dynamic and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Service contracts

Once our free consultation is complete, and upon agreement to our service, you will be presented with a specific and actionable plan. It is at this point that we will determine the cost of service rendered as this will be completely dependent on the needs of your business. All cost estimates will be given to you in detail so there is no confusion as to our agreement.

Prior to any work being done within your business, you will receive a contract outlining what it is to be provided during our work together.
